Krysten Wondrack is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of healthcare experience spanning critical care, internal medicine, and subacute rehabilitation. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has extensive training in Adult, Pediatric, and Women’s Health.

Recently transitioning to an office setting, she serves as a Primary Care Provider in a collaborative osteopathic family medicine practice, where she focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based wellness optimization. Her clinical interests include metabolic health, hormone therapy, and medically guided weight management, including GLP-1 treatment protocols.

In addition to her medical career, Krysten has a background in professional bodybuilding and exercise science. This experience gives her a unique perspective on nutrition, strength training, discipline, and sustainable lifestyle change. She integrates her passion for fitness with clinical medicine to help patients achieve long-term health, performance, and confidence.
